Debbie Baker is President of Bellwether Executive Search, Inc. She received a B. Music from Converse College in 1987 and received her M. Ed. in Student Personnel Services from the University of South Carolina in 1990. Debbie worked as Director of Career Planning and Placement for Columbia College of South Carolina until 1995. An entrepreneur at heart, she collaborated with faculty, staff, and community leaders to provide seminars on career related issues, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

When the opportunity arose to combine career planning and placement with business ownership, Bellwether Executive Search was born. Debbie operates her professional and private life on two Biblical principles, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you” and “You reap what you sow.”
